Building an Equitable and Sustainable Local Food System
Nourishment is a fundamental right, not a privilege.
The 2024 Clark County Public Health Needs Assessment indicates 87% of survey respondents identified food assistance as a critical need.
20% of people living in Clark Country had to access an emergency food network in 2021.
There are roughly 50 million Americans experiencing food insecurity.
Did you know more than 60% of Washington farms are less than 50 acres? Our small farmers need help.
In 2024, Washington State ranked last in the nation for farm profitability.
Between 2017 and 2022, Washington lost approximately 3,700 farms—an average of two per day.
96% percent of US farmers need off farm employment to pay their bills.
We all deserve to be part of a healthy and local food system.

Our Programs
Farm to Heart operates two flagship programs.
F2H/CSA
Community Supported Agriculture
Our Community Supported Agriculture (F2H/CSA) subscription program provides food insecure families with custom grown and harvested organic produce from June through August.
F2H/CT
Community Tables
Our Community Tables (F2H/CT) program provides access to food insecure families. We purchase directly from a network of 22 farmers and host free pop up markets at four elementary schools from September thru May.
